Our programming philosophy.
We do not pretend to be perfect and therefor program intense error handling into our applications. If something should happen to go wrong our scripts display a friendly error message to the user alerting them to the problem and send us a detailed message alerting us to the problem. 1. It helps us to perfect our applications
2. It decrease down time and helps us identify problems, especially when the problem is related to a third party product.

4. Being notified of user errors helps us to design more intuitive interfaces.

We also do not believe in locking clients into proprietary solutions. DGS utilizes Open Source solutions wherever possible and fully comments all of our code.
